PILONI ON THE FIELD
Years of experience, continuous learning, research and technical innovation allow Piloni s.r.l. an updated and re-engineered production for modern and future markets, thus offering the customer competitive solutions. In order to guarantee maximum control of the production process and short delivery times even for special productions, Piloni s.r.l. draws almost all of the wire it moulds internally.
The company designs all the moulds and has a tooling department: this approach allows for remarkable production flexibility, reduced delivery times and competitiveness in the production of small lots. A complete mechanical workshop for the maintenance of machinery guarantees Piloni s.r.l. the continuity of production in all circumstances.
Piloni has fully automated cartoning lines for boxes weighing up to 20 kg, it is also possible to supply products with anonymous, white or coloured labels, or with company logos, trademarks, designs and bar codes based on customer specifications.
Alternatively, products can be delivered in polypropylene bags and the customer’s metal containers.
