PILONI specialises in the production of small metal parts such as full rivets, semi-perforated rivets, bifurcated rivets, pins, and special fasteners obtained from the cold moulding of metal wires.

Eighty years of experience in close contact with the multiple needs of this sector have allowed us to improve our products by keeping up with the technological evolution required by our customers.

The main goal of Piloni S.r.l. is full customer satisfaction, maintaining the highest level of quality, professionalism of the collaborators and machinery technology. In order to guarantee maximum control of the production process and short delivery times even for special productions, Piloni s.r.l. draws almost all of the wire it moulds internally.

Piloni currently boasts around 14,000 different items and has a 600 pallets warehouse. It has a complete range of semi-perforated rivets, available for immediate delivery, in rough and galvanised iron, for diameters 3,4,5 and 6. All the small metal parts can be supplied in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass and are produced with wire from 2 mm to 14 mm in diameter.

2018

Piloni S.r.l. invests in industry 4.0 through the installation of:

  • 1 latest generation Sacma SP-260 press.
  • 1 2-channel automated packaging line.
  • 1 Vertical electronic warehouse for equipment management.

2010

Installation of a photovoltaic system with a power of 180 kW/h for the autonomous production of electricity

2004

Piloni S.r.l. undergoes a further change in the corporate structure with the introduction of children Isabella and Giuseppe who continue production to this day, thus becoming a young and dynamic company.

1976

Transfer of the production unit to via Pergola, where the company still operates

1964

Sons Gianantonio and Giuseppe Piloni transform the company into a limited liability company, developing the business thanks to a modernisation of the production plants.

1940

Giuseppe Piloni founds Piloni s.n.c., specialised in cold moulding wire and sheet metal, small metal parts for trunks, suitcases and baby carriages for early childhood.

1925

The company is already active on the market and specialises in the production of small metal parts.
