Rivets

Half-tubular rivets from 2 × 4 to 12 × 110. Round, cylindrical, flared, ball-shaped and special shaped heads.

We also supply rivets according to DIN and UNI standards with semi-perforated shank.

Semi-perforated round head rivets with a diameter of 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm, in equal and multiple lengths of 5, in both C4C steel, both raw and white zinc plated available for immediate delivery.

Bifurcated thin round head rivets made of aluminium, copper and iron with rough, nickel-plated, brass-plated finish for folding plywood crates, leather goods, clothing, luggage, electrical contacts and more.

We can make bifurcations for special assemblies even on pins to design. We supply bifurcated rivets with diameters from 3 mm to 10 mm, on request also in imperial measurements (in inches). The sizes 4 × 9, 4 × 11 and 4 × 13 are available for immediate delivery, both in crude and nickel-plated steel.

Solid rivet heads are used for the assembly of two thicknesses and produce solid, effective and versatile fastenings.

Piloni s.r.l. can produce a wide range of solid rivet heads according to the international standard standards (DIN 660, 661, 7338 and UNI 748, 749, 750, 752, 756) or on design. We supply rivet heads with diameters from 2 mm to 14 mm in all lengths.
