QUALITY
During the entire production phase periodic checks are performed on the dimensions and main characteristics of the moulded articles.
The data is collected via an IT platform and stored in the company’s management software.
At the request of the customer it is possible to make a 100% selection of the product lot, thanks to the presence of an automatic rotating disk sorter.
The Piloni s.r.l. Quality Assurance System is certified according to the ISO 9001 standard, distributed by the National Unification Body and the European Committee for Standardisation in Europe, which defines the requirements of a quality management system for an organisation .
ENVIRONMENT
The company, which has always been sensitive to environmental impact, installed in 2010 a photovoltaic system with a power of kW 183 for the production of electricity.
Thanks to this system, the energy balance is neutral, since we produce all the energy necessary for the operation of our company, saving 100 tons/year of carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere.
